Июль 2020 г. - Muster 2.0™ - это новый подход к проведению инструктажа по технике безопасности. Инновационная программа, первая в своем роде, изменяет подход по проведению инструктажа, изначально разработанного для проведения для больших групп людей, в более быстрый, более индивидуальный формат, который способствует повышению уровня безопасности гостей.

Новая технология eMuster™ устраняет необходимость собрания большого количества людей в одном месте и позволит гостям самостоятельно в удобное для них время в приложении или на ТВ в каюте проходить инструктаж, в том числе узнавать, куда идти в случае чрезвычайной ситуации или как надевать спасательный жилет. Muster 2.0™ также станет частью протоколов безопасности и здоровья, которые Royal Caribbean Group разрабатывает в рамках рабочей группы Healthy Sail Panel.

Muster 2.0™ es una nueva manera de hacer llegar la información sobre seguridad a los pasajeros. El programa, primero en su clase, reimagina el tradicional simulacro de seguridad, un proceso originalmente diseñado para grupos grandes de gente, y lo convierte en algo más rápido, cercano y personal que fomenta unos niveles mayores de seguridad.

Eliminando grandes concentraciones de personas , la nueva technología del programa – eMuster™ – hará que los elementos claves del simulacro (incluyendo dónde ir en caso de emergencia e instrucciones sobre como utilizar adecuadamente un chaleco salvavidas) sean accesibles a los pasajeros de un modo individual a través de sus dispositivos móviles y las televisiones interactivas de los camarotes. Muster 2.0™ estará entre los amplios protocolos que Royal Caribbean Group está desarrollando con el Healthy Sail Panel.

Muster 2.0™ is a new approach to delivering safety information to guests. The first-of-its-kind program reimagines the traditional safety drill, a process originally designed for large groups of people, into a faster, more personal approach that encourages higher levels of safety.

Eliminating the gathering of large crowds, the program’s new technology – eMuster™ – will make key elements of the drill, including where to go in case of an emergency and instructions on how to properly use a life jacket, accessible to guests on an individual basis via their mobile devices and interactive stateroom TVs. Muster 2.0™ will be among the comprehensive protocols Royal Caribbean Group is developing with the Healthy Sail Panel.
