Naftali Holtz is chief financial officer for Royal Caribbean Group. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning and analysis, corporate strategy, treasury, corporate tax, investor relations, investments, internal audit, accounting and financial reporting.
In his previous role, Holtz was senior vice president of finance, responsible for financial planning and analysis, risk management and treasury. Before joining Royal Caribbean Group in 2019, Holtz was a managing director and the head of lodging and leisure investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
Prior to that, he served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
